Dealing with Dementia Workshop for Caregivers

Adult Day Services at Oakland Centre will host a FREE Dealing with Dementia Workshop for caregivers. This workshop is targeted to help family caregivers in any of these areas: Understanding Dementia, Managing Problem Behaviors, Handling Stress and Finding Time for Self-Care.
We are also offering free respite for a loved one during the workshop.
